• Figure out which clients we can add to the search tool. Populate search tool with those studies
• Figure out parameters for each client WHEN we can add leads to this flow. Event logic on a client by client basis for when that lead Is added to the HTS pool. e.g. 6 months after DQ and no other outreach, add to HTS pool
• Dev need: New leads from other studies must be treated as new leads and not associated with the previous study. e.g. a Natera lead coming here should get future communication from HTS not Natera
• MAYBE: A double opt-in email is needed that is sent immediately after becoming a "new lead" in HTS
  
• CC: Needs outcome matrix disposition to move the people from one study to another.
